With over 25 years’ experience in senior HR leadership roles within multinational organisations, I have supported individuals and organisations through some of the most complex moments in the workplace — including organisational change, redundancy processes, performance challenges, career transitions and periods of professional uncertainty.
Throughout my HR career, I have gained a deep understanding of the challenges employees, professionals and executives can face when navigating important workplace and career decisions. These experiences have shown me the value of having an independent, trusted person outside the organisation to provide perspective, guidance and support when clarity is needed most.
